Massage and Menopause

Your body is amazing.  It’s worked so hard for you, allowed you to move, to work and maybe even have children.  Now, though, it may feel different and you might have noticed some changes which are making life less enjoyable or even uncomfortable.  The menopause will bring a different phase of your life.  Your body may feel, look and react differently to how you expect.
